Maria Chmir

Maria Chmir has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2013, they worked as a BD Manager at MADS, focusing on creative and conceptual thinking courses. From 2014 to 2016, Maria founded Grain in Brain, an event generator in the Urals. In 2015, they were a New Business Manager at Voskhod, where they focused on business development and strategy. From 2017 to 2019, Maria worked at Everypixel as a Chief Marketing Manager and later as a Product Owner, leading a team in developing a video customization and personalization solution. From 2019 to 2020, they co-founded Dowell, an AI-driven video customization service. In 2020, Maria founded Brask, a global AI content company specializing in content creation and customization. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of Rask AI, a localization tool that enables content creators to translate their videos into multiple languages efficiently.

Maria Chmir earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology (Public Relations) from South Ural State University (SUSU) between 2007 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing at the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
