Joby Peter, CPA, CMA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Joby currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at DeepR Analytics, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they were the Virtual Chief Financial Officer at the same company from June 2019 to May 2020. Joby's extensive career started at Halliburton Company, where they held the position of Senior Finance & Accounting Manager/Shared Services Manager from 1998 to 2013. During their tenure, they played a key role in revitalizing locations, improving processes, reducing risks, and strengthening the overall financial performance of the company.

Throughout their career, Joby has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement. Joby is skilled in various accounting software systems, including SAP ERP modules, and has experience in inventory control and asset management. Joby's work experience reflects their ability to adapt to changing environments and consistently deliver results.

Joby Peter, CPA, CMA, obtained their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kerala University in Trivandrum, India, from 1977 to 1980. In 2013, they pursued further education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in July 2015. Additionally, they attended the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta, Canada, from 2013 to 2014, where they completed courses in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Management Accounting, and Strategic Management, and obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in September 2014.
