Sven Fuelster is the Founder and CEO of Deep Safety GmbH, a company focused on developing AiDAR™, a Spatial AI sensor that offers LiDAR-like performance at a camera price. AiDAR™ is applicable to various industries including AgTech, Construction Machines, Mining Equipment, Warehouse Robots, Delivery Robots, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, ADAS, 3D Gaming, and VR. Prior to founding Deep Safety GmbH, Sven worked at TomTom as the Head of Functional Safety. In this role, they led a team that developed prototype autonomous cars for tier-1 suppliers in the automotive industry. Additionally, Sven and their team conducted research on AI safety, leading to their acquisition by TomTom to develop their own autonomous car named "Trillian".
Sven Fuelster has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from FH Münster. Additionally, they have a background in computer science from the University of Münster. In November 2016, Sven obtained a certification as a TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineer (Automotive) from TÜV Rheinland AG.
