Nicolas Gong

Nicolas Gong has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Nicolas currently works at DeepSight as a Software Engineer since May 2023. Previously, they served as a Research Assistant at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Frontline PCB Solutions and KLA from November 2018 to July 2022. At Frontline PCB Solutions, they were responsible for maintaining software systems and modules using C/C++ on Windows and Linux platforms. At KLA, they worked as a Software Engineer. Additionally, Nicolas has experience as an Engineer Software at Guangdong Zhengye Technology Co., Ltd. from April 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they developed and maintained various software programs, standardized workflows, and utilized skills in C#/C++.

Nicolas Gong completed their Bachelor's degree in Automation from North University of China, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Nicolas then pursued further education and is currently enrolled at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology. This program is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.
