Brooke McDougall has been working in the customer service and surfing industries since 2018. Brooke started as a Surfing Instructor at Byron bay surf school in 2018, where they instructed clients of all ages on marine safety while teaching the basic principles of surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Her job responsibilities included ensuring safety of clients in high-risk environment, maintaining relationships with clients before and after lessons, and equipment inventory. In 2019, Brooke McDougall began working as a Customer Success Associate at DeepStream Technologies.

Brooke McDougall has a diverse educational background. Brooke began their studies in 2003 at Geelong Grammar School and graduated in 2014. In 2015, they enrolled at Monash University and completed their International Business and Arts degree in 2018. In 2019, they earned their Masters in Supply Chain Management with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
