Abhilasha Shirsat has worked in the HR field since 2007. Abhilasha began their career at Adecco, India as an HR. In 2009, they moved to Privilege Group of Hotels as an HR Manager. In 2012, they worked as an HR Manager at Keys Hotels. In 2014, they were a Sr Manager HR & Admin at Wings Travels Management India Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, they were a Sr Manager - HR & Admin at Rajdeep Info Techno Pvt. Ltd. Abhilasha is currently working at DeepTek as Head Of Business Support and Head - HR & Admin since 2019.

Abhilasha Shirsat has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and HR from the University of Wales, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Computer Technology from K K Wagh College of Engineering, Pune University in 2003.
