Jeff M.

Jeff M. has a strong background in security operations engineering and cybersecurity. Jeff currently works at Deepwatch as a Principal Security Operations Engineer since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deepwatch as a Senior SecOps Engineer from February 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Deepwatch, Jeff M. worked at Enterprise Products as a Senior SCADA Cybersecurity from September 2017 to February 2021. Jeff also has experience in IT consulting and network administration from their time at Entergy and Pharm-Olam International, respectively. Jeff M. began their career as a DocuCare Technician at Xerox and worked as an Audio/Video Technician at Aon Hewitt.

Jeff M. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an Associates of the Arts degree in Arts from Lone Star College System from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained several certifications including CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Splunk Certified Admin, Splunk Certified Power User, Vidsys Level 2 Admin, Cloud+, Network+, Security+, and Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect.
