Joanna Ford

Joanna Ford is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services at Deerfield Public Schools District 109 since June 2014. Previously, Joanna held roles as the Assistant Director for Student Services and Assistant Principal within the same district. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Northbrook School District 27 as the Assistant Director of Special Education from September 2012 to June 2014 and at the NYC Department of Education as a Special Education Coordinator and Teacher from September 2003 to June 2011. Joanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan, and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from both DePaul University and Hunter College.
