Mark O'Dell

Mark O'Dell has extensive experience in team development and management, currently serving as the Director of Team Development for Freed Corp. since December 2013. In this role, Mark oversees team-building experiences across various resorts, utilizing the ADVENTURES IN EXCELLENCE program. Previously, Mark held significant positions at Deerhurst Resort, including Director/Creator of Adventures in Excellence, where custom teambuilding programs were established, and Director of Sports and Leisure, managing a $1 million operational budget and a staff of 70. Mark co-owned Motivations Fitness Huntsville from January 1999 until September 2020, contributing as a personal trainer and group instructor, and also served as the Director of Conference Services at Skyline Deerhurst Resort in 2013. Mark's educational background includes a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from Fanshawe College and studies in Sports Administration at Durham College.
