Rachel Murphy

Rachel Murphy is a Senior Impact Officer with experience in leading gender-focused assessments and strategic engagements with companies in Latin America and the Caribbean. Rachel has also worked as a Group Cultivation Manager and Strategy & Innovation Coordinator at Alterna, where Rachel led acceleration programs for social entrepreneurs and gender initiatives. Rachel has a background in consulting and teaching, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Hispanic Studies.
