Adriano M. is a Principal Information Security Engineer at bp, responsible for leading the Application Security and Offensive Security teams since December 2023. Concurrently, Adriano serves as a volunteer NOC Goon at DEF CON, the world's largest hacking conference, participating in the planning, security, and administration of networks for over 15,000 attendees. Previous roles include Head of Technology, Head of Red Team, and Chief Information Security Officer at SEK Security Ecosystem Knowledge from January 2004 to November 2023. Adriano is furthering education through the LEAD Business Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Business Management, Leadership, and Innovation, after graduating from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará in 2000.
