Thomas Pikaart

Thomas Pikaart is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at DEF CON since 2023. With a consulting role since 2010, Thomas has provided coffee business startup services, conducted reviews for existing businesses, and developed training systems. Previous positions include Technical Services Trainer and Field Service Technician at Bellwether Coffee (2021-2023), where responsibilities included installation and support for roasting equipment, and extensive operations management as Director of Operations for ROSELINE COFFEE, LLC (2016-2020). Thomas also held the role of Director of Training at Bellissimo Coffee Advisors (2010-2016), focusing on training systems and consulting for diverse clients, and has contributed as a startup mentor for several coffee businesses.
