Terry Lesane

Terry LeSane has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Diesel Mechanical Engineer at the United States Department of Defense, where they performed engineering duties and oversaw equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and repair. Following this, Terry interned as an A&R Research Intern for an independent company, conducting research reports and analyzing industry trends.

Terry then ventured into the music industry, starting as The Orchard Artist Services Intern at Sony Music Entertainment, where they assisted with artist marketing plans and created pitch decks. They further gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at 740 Project, working on social media strategy, content posting, and data analysis for various artists, including Lil Baby and City Girls.

In 2020, Terry founded their own company, You're Good Enough, LLC, which aims to promote self-empowerment and positivity through clothing and branding. Currently, they hold the role of Marketing Coordinator at Def Jam Recordings, where they contribute to marketing initiatives.
