Rheji Burrell

Rheji Burrell is an accomplished entrepreneur and music industry professional with extensive experience as the Founder and Executive Director of The Music Industry Center (TheMIC™), aimed at serving the music community and implementing charitable initiatives since January 2018. As the Owner and CEO of Burrell Brothers Entertainment Group and Burrell Artist Management (BAM!), Rheji has been involved in music production and sound engineering since 1988. Contributions to Reservoir Media Management, Inc. and Defected Records further enhance Rheji's portfolio, while co-founding Nu Groove Records demonstrates significant industry impact. Additionally, Rheji operates the R. Burrell Kung Fu Academy and has served on the Board of Directors for Longleaf School of the Arts. Educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Management from Southern New Hampshire University, slated for completion in 2024.
