Noel Beavis

Noel Beavis has extensive experience in management roles, currently serving as the JSCSC Contract Manager for Serco at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom since May 2022, overseeing a multi-million pound contract for the Joint Services Command and Staff College. Prior to this, Noel held various senior positions at Flybe, including Head of Commercial during the Administration process and Head of Schedule Planning, where significant contributions included a successful 550 flight schedule implementation and fostering a customer-focused culture. Noel's career at Flybe also encompassed managing operations for the Finncomm Airlines brand and leading several transformative initiatives. Noel holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Business Practice from the University of Exeter and completed a program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in October 2023.
