Paul O'Brien

Paul O'Brien currently serves as the AJAX Armoured Vehicle Support Lead at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S), where responsible for integrating support elements for the AJAX vehicle portfolio. Previously held positions include Defence Equipment & Support Land Domain Support Lead and Senior Operations Manager for the Puma and Gazelle Helicopter Delivery Team, managing logistics and performance outputs. Earlier experience includes roles at the UK Ministry of Defence as Joint Enablers Senior Integrated Logistics Delivery Manager and Defence Helicopters Senior Inventory Logistics Manager, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff for Air Domain Integrated Logistics. O'Brien's career began in the Royal Air Force, where significant roles included planning for Afghanistan redeployment. O'Brien holds an MBA from The Open University and a degree in Economics & Organisation Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
