Matthew Demmer

Matthew Demmer is an experienced security professional with a diverse background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Site Security Manager at Defense Consulting Services since September 2019, Matthew supervises a 15-person security team and manages access control for a government facility. As a Private Security Contractor for My Diamond H Enterprises Inc. since March 2017, Matthew provides security services and investigations, holding multiple certifications from the National Protective Services Institute. Previous roles include Security Officer at Allied Universal, where Matthew led the Executive Aircraft Protection detail, and General Contractor at Oak Hills Water Supply Company. From June 2003 to December 2015, Matthew served in the US Navy, progressing through various leadership positions, including Platoon Leading Petty Officer and EOD Team Member, conducting numerous combat missions. Matthew holds a degree in Security Management with a concentration in Information Security from American Military University and completed specialized training in explosive ordnance disposal and diving.
