Zack E. Gaddy

Zack Gaddy is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in government finance and accounting. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since November 2020, Zack previously held the role of President at ZG3, LTD, where financial management and technology advice were provided to federal government contractors. Zack's past experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at KPMG Advisory, where Zack led efforts that secured over $300 million in services for various federal entities including the Navy and NASA. Earlier career roles included Director at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), overseeing significant payment and accounting operations for the Department of Defense, as well as Director of Accounting Services for the US Air Force, and Program Manager at the Air Force Audit Agency. Zack holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
