William Bryson is an experienced legal and civil rights professional currently serving as the Director of OEOP at DFAS since December 2022. Prior to this role, William held the position of Civil Rights Director at the U.S. Forest Service, overseeing compliance and programs for FS Zone IV. William's extensive background includes serving as DDEEO for USMC MCIPAC, an EEO Specialist and Instructor at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, and the State Equal Employment Manager for the Montana National Guard, advising on EEO programs. William has also practiced as a Senior Associate Attorney at Kummer Kaempfer Bonner & Renshaw and as Managing Partner at Aldrich & Bryson, LLP, focusing on various areas of litigation including civil rights and employment law. William obtained a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.
