Keith Sylvia

Director, Supply Chain Management, DLA Energy at Defense Logistics Agency

Keith Sylvia has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Keith began their career in the US Army in 1985 and held various roles as an officer and a soldier until 2014. In 2002, they served as a Joint Petroleum Officer in Combined Forces Command, U.S. Forces Korea. From 2007 to 2008, they commanded the 530th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion and later served as Deputy Brigade Commander in the 49th Quartermaster Group. In 2008, they were the Commander at Defense Logistics Agency - Energy Americas East until 2011. Keith also worked as a Joint Petroleum Officer at U.S. Central Command in 2009. In 2012, they became the Director (Commander) at Army Petroleum Center, U.S. Army Materiel Command. From 2014 to 2018, they served as Deputy Director at NES Associates, LLC. From 2017 to 2018, they became the Director of Operations, Army IT at NES Associates, A Csra Company. In 2018, they started working at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) as a Senior Analyst in the Supply Chain Integration Team, and in 2019, they were promoted to Deputy Director of Supply Chain Management at DLA Energy. Keith Sylvia's work experience is primarily focused on supply chain management, military operations, and leadership roles.

Keith Sylvia attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1985 to 1989. During the same period, they also attended Providence College and completed the ROTC program. In 2011, Keith Sylvia enrolled in the National Defense University and graduated in 2012, earning a Master of Science degree from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
