Michelle Garner

Michelle Garner has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the American Forces Network Admin Officer and Team Lead, Management & Program Analyst (Personnel/Administration) at Defense Media Activity since March 2014. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at the Department of Air Force from May 2009 to March 2014 as a Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities included reviewing workforce resources, counseling senior management, leading research on manning data, and providing guidance on negotiated agreements. Earlier in their career, Michelle held positions in human resources at Quantech Services, Inc. and served in personnel roles in the Active Duty Air Force from April 1996 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from American Public University System and studies at Webster University.
