Patrick Messeder

Patrick Messeder is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently serving in the Future Technologies Office at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since March 2010. Responsibilities include managing the transition to DISA's Enterprise E-mail solution, overseeing cloud service pilots, and contributing to DTRA's Mobile Strategy. Previous roles include facilitating DTRA’s IT Approval Process and leading IT requirements management in the Policy Plans and Programs Office. Prior to DTRA, Patrick taught English and computer skills in South Korea and provided technical support at a university. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and multiple certifications in IT project management and acquisition program management.
