Ricky McGlothin, ChFC, IAR, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of McGlothin Financial Literacy, a Registered Investment Advisor, where responsibilities include project oversight, financial assessments, strategic planning for educational funding, and compliance with industry regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Division Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, overseeing the merger of R&D divisions with a $400M portfolio, and previous roles at the United States Department of Defense, National Reconnaissance Office, Transportation Security Administration, and IBM, where complex project management and strategic execution were key focus areas. Ricky McGlothin holds a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
