Steve Cullen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in government and military law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since August 2013, Steve previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel for Procurement Law at the FBI from March 2012 to September 2013. Prior to these roles, Steve led a team of attorneys as Chief of Contract Litigation Team II for the US Army, focusing on bid protests and contract disputes. Steve's military career includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1997 to 2012. Steve holds multiple advanced degrees, including an L.LM. in Federal Procurement from The George Washington University Law School, an L.LM. in Military Law from The Judge Advocate General's School--Army, a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bowling Green State University.
