Sales Executive
This is an individual sales contributor role reporting to the VP, Sales. You are responsible for selling DefenseStorm’s cybersecurity and cybercompliance solution to the Banking industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Leverage DefenseStorm prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ConnectAndSell) to consistently build pipeline
Build a strong pipeline of active opportunities, targeting 3.5X coverage against your assigned quota
Forecast accurately and keep all activity and opportunity records current and accurate in CRM
Collaborate across all DefenseStorm departments to win new business
Understand the needs and buying behavior of IT Banking customers using research techniques and deep discovery processes
Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets
Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years’ experience building a business/new territory highly desired
Demonstrated history of 3-5 years achievement as an individual contributor selling technology solutions to the Banking vertical or security/compliance solutions
Knowledge of and contacts in the Banking and Financial Services sector a plus
Successful track record of in-person and virtual prospect interactions
Demonstrated ability to articulate and sell complex enterprise software solutions
Highly motivated self-starter who is versed in solution selling mythologies, exhibits a natural curiosity and a consistent drive for self-improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable in start-up and early-stage environments
