Michelle Fletcher-Williams

Michelle Fletcher-Williams, CPA has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and tax industry. Michelle began their career in 1991 as a Manager - Tax at EY. In 1996, they moved to Sterling Commerce, Inc. as a Corporate Tax Senior Manager. Michelle returned to EY in 1999 as a Senior Manager - Tax, where they were retained by former clients to develop internal tax functions. In 2011, they moved to Shionogi Inc. as Tax Director, where they advised Japanese and US executives on international transfer pricing and restructuring. In 2015, they became an Accounting & Tax Consultant, Investor at Meridian Development Group. Michelle then joined DefenseStorm in 2020 as a Tax Director - Fractional, and is currently VP, Tax & Treasury at LiveToBeHappy, Inc. since 2021.

Michelle Fletcher-Williams, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Michelle is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both Ohio and Georgia.
