TJ Twigg has worked in the financial services industry since 2015. In 2015, they began working for ProLink Staffing as an Account Recruiting Manager and Recruiter. Theirresponsibilities as a Recruiter included placing healthcare professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement positions across all healthcare segments, providing exemplary customer service to clients and contractors, and working closely with the Account Management Team to provide quality service and marketing of candidates to prospective clients.

In 2016, they became an Account Executive at Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions. Theirresponsibilities included Financial Technology software solutions for Mortgage, Commercial and Consumer Lending, Deposit and IRA, Electronic Forms, CIP, CDD, AML, Secure Document Exchange, E-Signature and other web-based solutions to maximize workflow efficiencies and help financial organizations maintain regulation requirements.

Since 2019, TJ Twigg has been working for DefenseStorm as an Account Manager and Sales Executive. As an Account Manager, they ensure cyber risk readiness with a comprehensive system, including cyber security, compliance, and fraud. As a Sales Executive, they provide specialized cyber-safety and cyber-compliance solutions that allow financial institutions to become team-smart, threat-ready and board-accountable.

TJ Twigg attended Gahanna Lincoln High School from 2007 to 2011 and then went on to pursue a degree in Business Economics from Miami University, graduating in 2015.
