Gillian Davis is the Founder and CEO of OverTime Leader, established in September 2017, focusing on assisting modern business leaders in navigating the complexities of contemporary business practices. Currently, Gillian serves as an Advisor for the Founder Leadership Program with Defiance Capital, blending athletic mindsets with entrepreneurial performance. As a member of C100 and a course creator for Domestika, Gillian also brings extensive experience from previous roles, including VP of People at WeTransfer, where strategic execution and organizational development were key responsibilities.
