Nolan Gray

Nolan Gray is a founding partner at Defiance Capital since October 2024, after previously serving as an advisor during the stealth phase at Aira from 2022 to 2023, appointed by Harald Mix of Vargas Holding. Prior to that, Nolan worked as a scout at Sequoia Capital from 2020 to 2022 and co-founded Svea Solar, which generated over $200 million in revenue, with a significant portion of Nolan's stake acquired by Altor Equity in 2022. Nolan's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Bullhorn from 2011 to 2015, where the company was acquired by Vista Equity Partners, and a summer analyst in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in 2010. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 2012.
