Dawn Scott is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across multiple industries. Currently, Dawn serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Defibtech, LLC, where expertise includes recruiting for the design and manufacturing of Automated External Defibrillators. Prior positions include Manager of Recruiting at The Jackson Laboratory, where Dawn excelled in full life cycle recruitment, and Senior Contract Recruiter at CiDRA Corporation, focusing on R&D Engineering and IT roles. Dawn has also worked at Covidien, Pfizer, Dunsmore & Associates, and Robert Half International, achieving significant hiring milestones and recognition for outstanding performance.
