Oscar Braathen has a diverse background in customer support and logistics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at Defigo since July 2019, after progressing from roles as a Customer Success Associate and Customer Support Representative. While at Defigo, Oscar successfully implemented structured systems to accommodate a growing customer base and also contributed as a Product Designer on a prototype project in late 2019. Prior experience includes a telesales role at Verisure, a Warehouse Manager position at Tingstad, and various logistics roles at DB Schenker from 2016 to 2018.
