Juliana Silva

Juliana Silva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juliana started their career as a Sales Assistant at Chocolicor LDA in 2020. In 2021, they interned as a Recruitment and Selection trainee at Grupo Impala. Later in the same year, they joined ALTER SOLUTIONS Portugal as a Talent Manager, where they focused on Recruitment and Selection for different profiles in the IT field. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Associate at Defined.ai, contributing to building a strong AI community. In 2023, they took on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Defined.ai, continuing their work in supporting AI creators. Prior to their professional career, Juliana had summer jobs at Serviço Regional from 2009 to 2010.

Juliana Silva completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa from 2014 to 2018. Juliana then pursued a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology at Ispa - Instituto Universitário from 2018 to 2021.
