Natalia Yurchenko

Natalia Yurchenko is a Senior Product Manager at DefinedCrowd Corp., starting in December 2020. Before joining DefinedCrowd Corp., they were a Co-Founder of HelpHub, where they served as a Product Leader and helped launch the product from scratch to 1k transactions monthly. Natalia worked at HelpHub from April 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, Natalia was the Deputy Director of Engineering and Product at Eko from December 2018 to December 2020. Natalia also worked as a Project Manager at ABBYY LS from June 2013 to September 2015, where they successfully launched three projects, including an online translation service. Natalia has experience as a Product Manager at Smartcat from September 2015 to November 2018, where they utilized advanced translation automation technologies. Natalia also served as a Solution Analyst at Experian Decision Analytics, Russia & CIS from October 2012 to January 2013. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager at the Institute of System Monitoring from April 2012 to October 2012 and as a Software Developer from January 2010 to September 2010. Natalia began their career as a Linguist at Security Practice, where they took part in six integration projects of the InfoWatch system from September 2008 to January 2010.

Natalia Yurchenko completed their Specialist degree in Information Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Linguistics at the Russian State University for the Humanities from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Project Management at the State University - Higher School of Economics, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Natalia obtained certifications in Product Management from #tceh in July 2016, and as an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile in October 2015.
