Jose M. has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles.

Jose began their career in 2006 at Techniks, where they co-founded and served as a Product Manager. Jose focused on the development of a full laboratory information system (LIS) and website and intranet solutions. During their tenure, they defined the solution architecture, product roadmap, and features to align with market and customer needs.

In 2011, Jose co-founded Goplek, a technology startup that eventually grew into a digital marketing agency with over 600 clients and 35 employees. As a Product Lead and Co-founder, they played a crucial role in establishing the product strategy, technology direction, and product development for an open-source content management system (CMS). Jose also implemented a product development methodology and operational infrastructure.

In 2018, Jose joined Autonomic as a Senior UX Design Engineer, eventually transitioning into a Senior Software Engineer role. Jose led Agile development of UX features as the product lead for various platforms, including the platform console, technical publications site, and backend services for the first open cloud-based mobility/connected vehicle platform.
