Gisella G. has extensive experience in process analysis and business operations, with a current role as Senior Process Analyst in Claims Transformation at Definity since June 2015. Previously, Gisella served in various capacities at Definity, including Senior Process Analyst for TS Business Process Solutions and Application Solutions, as well as Process Analyst for Underwriting Operations.
