Juan S.

Juan S. has extensive work experience in the field of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. Juan started their career at TI-M as a SharePoint and .net Developer from June 2006 to October 2008. Juan then became a SharePoint Consultant at TI-M from October 2008 to July 2010.

Juan S. joined Definity First in July 2010 as a Sr. SharePoint Consultant and held this position until February 2021. During this time, they were responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Power Platform, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft 365 solutions. Juan ensured the implementation of best practices, the selection of the right tools and services, and the automation of the development lifecycle.

In February 2021, Juan S. transitioned to the role of Senior Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solution architect at Definity First.

Juan S. began their education in 2001 at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they pursued a four-year degree in System Administration. During their time at the university, they also completed a technical program in Development Technician from 2003 to 2004.

After a break in their formal education, Juan S. returned to academia in 2012 and attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained a Diploma in Management Skills in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Juan S. has obtained several certifications. In 2014 and 2015, they completed multiple Microsoft certifications, including 70-331 Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, 70-488 Developing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Core Solutions, 70-332 Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, and 70-346 Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements.

Juan S. also holds certifications from Yammer, Inc., including Yammer Certified Administrator and Yammer Power User Certification.

Furthermore, Juan S. has a number of other certifications from Microsoft, such as 229 Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 Enterprise Edition and 315 Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft® Visual C#™ .NET and Microsoft® Visual Studio® .NET, among others.
