Andrew Cleary

Andrew Cleary has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew most recently served as the Interim Deputy Director, Project Data at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Portfolio Delivery at the same organization from January 2021 to August 2023. Before joining the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Andrew held the position of Director, Asia and Global Operations Support at Malaria Consortium from November 2020 to January 2021. Andrew also served as the Manager during a career break at Dynamic Vines from January 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, Andrew was the Founding Director and Director Services at Integrity from July 2010 to December 2018. Andrew has also worked as a Field Director at DAI from July 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, Andrew served as the Director Of Operations at Wise Strategic Communications from September 2009 to June 2010. Andrew was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies from November 2008 to July 2009. Andrew has also worked as a Consultant at GHK Company from October 2007 to December 2008. Their early career includes the role of Legislative Assistant at the Parliament of Canada from November 2000 to August 2003.

Andrew Cleary completed a Level 3 course at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2018. In 2007, they obtained an MSc degree in International Politics from Aberystwyth University. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they earned a BSocSci (Hons) degree from the University of Ottawa, majoring in Political Science, Psychology, and History. Additionally, Andrew Cleary completed the Project Leadership Programme at Cranfield School of Management, although the years of attendance are unknown.
