Teele Elvest

Teele Elvest is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of People at DefSecIntel Solutions since February 2023, where the focus is on developing autonomous surveillance solutions for defense and critical infrastructure. Prior to this role, Teele worked as a Recruitment Partner at TalentHub.ee from March 2021 to May 2023, supporting growth-stage teams with tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, a significant tenure at Tallinn Prison as a Senior HR Specialist - Head of Recruitment was preceded by diverse roles in sales and customer service at Elisa Eesti AS, Äripäev, Circle K Europe, and other organizations. Teele holds a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Tartu and has furthered education in HR management through the Estonian HR Management Association PARE.
