Jelani D. Still, MSOD

Jelani D. Still, MSOD has worked for a variety of organizations since 2003. Jelani D. began their career as a Maintenance Department Administration Clerk/ Technical Librarian for U.S. Navy, Helicopter Anti Submarine Squadron Fourteen. Jelani D. then moved on to become an Aviation Maintenance Control Clerk/Supervisor for the same organization. In 2008, they worked as a Customer Accounts Manager/ Production Expediter for RV Metals Inc. From 2009 to 2010, they worked for U.S. Navy Reserve, Navy Cargo Handling Battalion as a Fuels Unit Administrative and Manpower Clerk and a Command Assessment and Training Team Member. From 2010 to 2021, they worked for the US Navy, where they held the roles of Management Analyst, Administration Program Support Assistant, and Washington Navy Yard Assistant Site Director. During this time, they also worked for ARServices as a Program Analyst and USAID as a Program Analyst. In 2018, they began working for Miller Heiman Group as an Achieve Global Certified Professional & Leadership Development Facilitator. Most recently, they have been working for DEFTEC Corporation as a Senior Portfolio, Program, Project Analyst.

Jelani D. Still, MSOD obtained their High School Diploma from the High School of Commerce and Business Administration in Detroit, MI in 2000. Jelani D. then attended Michigan State University from 2000-2002, studying Urban and Regional Planning. From 2008-2010, they attended Cairn University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Bible/Education Studies. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University from 2015-2018.
