Antea Britvić Božičković

Antea Britvić Božičković has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 with their role as Internal Relations Officer at the European Federation of Psychology Students' Association. Antea then held a Student-Practicant role at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank (Erste Bank Croatia) and INA - Industrija nafte, d.d. in 2013, and at Zagrebačka banka in the same year. In 2014, they were a Recruitment and Employee Development Specialist at Hrvatska poštanska banka, d.d. Antea then moved to Stomatološka poliklinika ARENA as Human Resources Manager in 2018, and Capability Development Expert at INA Grupa in 2019. Since 2015, they have held the role of Senior Associate Consultant at the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb - Center for Career Planning in Biomedicine and Health. Most recently, in 2021, they have taken on the roles of Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner (Deputy HR Manager) at Degordian.

Antea Britvić Božičković has a diverse educational background. Antea obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Psychology in 2011-2014. Antea then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Psychology from the same university in 2008-2011. In 2021, they completed an Executive MBA in Global and International Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Practicum 2 from Hubikot in 2021, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Practicum 1 from Hubikot in 2017, NLP Business Practitioner from Transforma d.o.o., Personal&Leadership Development in 2017, and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) from Gentis, d.o.o. in 2016. Antea also completed a Gestalt Therapy Diploma Course from Centre of Excellence in 2021 and a Smart Growth for Private Businesses 1 course from the University of Viriginia, Darden Graduate School of Business in 2013.
