Hrvoje Pilić began their career in 2012 at Degordian, where they held several positions, starting as a Digital Advertising Intern and ending as Performance Marketing Director. During their time at Degordian, they managed the biggest advertising client in the agency's history, built a completely new department and turned it into the best performing and most stable unit in less than a year, and grew revenue by more than 60%. In 2018, they began working at the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb as a Lecturer and Mentor, and also took on a side project at Running Academy Slavko Petrović as a Marketing Guy. At the academy, their tasks included website development, website tracking, and running campaigns using Social and Google Ads. Hrvoje also designed marketing materials such as social creatives and flyers.
Hrvoje Pilić completed their general education at XII Gimnazija from 2003 to 2007. Hrvoje then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Economics (univ.bacc.oec.) from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb from 2007 to 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master of Economics (mag.oec.) from the same university, specializing in Marketing, from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, New Marketing Institute, and Google.
