Tyson Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tyson worked as a QA Engineer at Degreed starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at CaptionCall as a Software In Test II (Automation Lead) from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for testing various systems and leading automation efforts using tools such as Selenium and Appium. Before joining CaptionCall, Tyson worked at ClearCore Electronics LLC as a LabVIEW Developer, where they designed and developed software to test hardware and established SQL databases for testing. Tyson also worked as a General Contractor Assistant at Olsen Cutting, where they gained practical skills in tasks such as electrical installation and construction. Tyson'scareer began at L-3 Communications, where they served as a LabVIEW/TestStand Developer (CO-OP) from 2011 to 2013. In this position, Tyson wrote test procedures, developed automated and manual test software, and troubleshooted software and hardware systems.
Tyson Hunt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah. Tyson attended the university from 2006 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Tyson has also earned several certifications, including the Degreed Level 6 in Software Quality Assurance from Degreed, which they obtained in January 2019. Tyson also holds certifications as an IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics and Assemblies: IPC Specialist and an IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies: IPC Specialist, both of which they obtained in June and July 2013, respectively. Furthermore, they are a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD), having acquired this certification from National Instruments in June 2012.
