Johane Rinaldi

Johane RINALDI has held several HR positions in the automotive, energy and services sectors. In her last position, she was head of HR at one of the manufacturing facilities of the pharmaceutical group Bausch + Lomb.

She joined DEINOVE in 2012 with a mission to create and structure the HR department, with a significant recruiting activity in a context of strong workforce growth, and a daily presence with teams to accompany teams development and performance.
