Tyler Santos

Tyler Santos is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project management and system testing within the medical device industry, currently serving as a Junior Project Manager and previously in roles such as Mechanical Engineer and System Test Manager at DEKA Research & Development since March 2014. Responsibilities include leading test teams, completing verification and validation processes, developing quality records, and interfacing with design and client personnel, alongside contributions to regulatory submissions. Prior experience includes managing a Formula SAE team at the University of California, Irvine, focusing on racecar design, as well as philanthropy and budget management roles in Greek Songfest. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
