Ahmed Shehab

Ahmed Shehab possesses extensive experience in business development, legislation, and policy within the transport sector. Currently serving as Business Development and Legislation Manager at DEKRA since October 2016, Ahmed also held the position of Policy Officer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe from November 2014 to March 2016. Notably, Ahmed worked on a publication regarding vehicle connectivity in autonomous vehicles while contributing to the design of training materials and updating the TIR handbook. Previous roles include Production Engineer at "Auf for industrial gases and steel structure," where Ahmed successfully planned industrial product production and managed a steel bridge project. Ahmed's educational background includes a Master's degree in Intelligent Transport Systems from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
