Claudia Perez is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over two decades in the motorsports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Del Amo Motorsports since January 2009, Claudia focuses on unifying company culture, enhancing processes, and improving customer service across three locations while driving profitability and growth. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of General Manager at West Coast Motorsports from August 1998 to January 2009, overseeing retail operations in the powersports sector. Claudia began their professional journey in the industry at Malcolm Smith Motorsports in accounting from December 1993 to July 1998. Claudia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from San Bernardino Valley College.
