Christina Hardy

Christina Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christina'smost recent role was as the Sr. Director - Commercial Finance at Del Monte Foods, Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vanguard as a Finance Director within the Retail direct division from January 2018 to July 2022. Christina also held various finance positions at Campbell Soup Company, including Director Finance, Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Manager, and Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, where they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Christina started their career as an Intern in the Financial Development Program at Black & Decker, where they gained experience in inventory analysis and financial evaluations. Christina also served as a Jr. Buyer at Hecht's Department Stores and as a Product Supply Intern at Nabisco, where they demonstrated strong budget management and analytical skills. Furthermore, they had an internship as a Transportation Intern at Shell, where they conducted performance evaluations and contributed to process improvement.

Christina Hardy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics at Penn State University from 1996 to 2000. Christina later pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
