Ken Garber

Ken Garber is the President & Chief Executive Officer at DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. Ken has extensive experience in leadership, service, and expertise for enterprise solutions and professional technical services. Ken also holds the title of Vice President, DoD Operations at PM tec and is a Member at Toastmasters. Additionally, Ken served as a Board Member at STEP Socal, where Ken provided financial grants and counseling to military families in crisis. Ken has a background as a Navy Submarine Officer and retired as a Navy Captain. Throughout their career, Ken has held various leadership roles in companies such as Epsilon Systems Solutions, Tele-Consultants, Inc., ACTERNA, BD SYSTEMS, INC, and Orincon. Ken holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
