Bryan Stern has a diverse work experience in various companies. Bryan started their career as the General Manager of Intro Wheels, where they coordinated sales and manufacturing schedules and handled sponsorship requests and internet marketing. Bryan then worked as a Store Systems Project Manager and Help Desk Manager at Anna's Linens, where they managed IT setups for new stores and remodels and oversaw the ticketing software and change management requests. Bryan later became the Service Desk Manager at Sky Zone Franchise Group, where they created a Help Desk infrastructure and led a team supporting Tier 1 and 2 issues. Bryan then held roles as a Project Manager at Spencer Technologies, managing projects for a large customer in the retail space, and as a Project Manager II at Windstream Communications, where they managed projects with large accounts in various industries. Bryan also worked at Forever 21 as a Manager of Store Systems, leading projects to upgrade internet circuits for corporate locations and mentoring a team of analysts and network engineers. Most recently, they have been working at Del Taco Restaurants Inc. and Jack in the Box as the Director of Restaurant Technology Support and Senior Manager of Restaurant Support, respectively. Currently, Bryan is the Senior Manager of Restaurant Technology Support for both Jack in the Box and Del Taco.
Bryan Stern holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Golden West College in the period from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they also have a Project Management Certification from UCLA, which they completed in 2014. Bryan has further certifications, including ITIL 4 ® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in 2022, and a Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification from UCLA Extension, which they earned in 2014.
