Peggy Chapman

Peggy Chapman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent management. Currently serving as VP of Employee Relations & Talent at Del Taco since January 2024, Peggy also holds the same position at Jack in the Box, where tenure extends back to November 2012, with a prior role as Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Peggy served as Director of Human Resources at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from June 2016 to March 2018. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University San Marcos and is certified as SPHR, PHRca, and SHRM-SCP.
